In Alessandria, we’ve contributed to the redevelopment of the park “Forte Acqui” with the installation of an apiary and of a synergistic vegetable garden and a traditional one.
Managed in collaboration with Caritas Diocesana of Alessandria, the urban agricultural hub is a place for food production, meeting and training, open to all citizens.
The 30 beehives as well as the production and promotion of the farming and bee products are managed by asylum seekers and other vulnerable people who take part in our work integration programmes. In this way, our products are healthy, ethical and sustenaible.Take a look at our products: you can find vegetable boxes with fresh, seasonal produce, honey and other bee products, made in collaboration with businesses and charities that support social inclusion, environmental sustainability and the fight against labour exploitation.
